In the traditional settlement Stauronikita, Luxury Villa is available to let for 8 months a year. Villa is a luxurious villa of 250 sqm with brilliant architecture, in an ideal location in the middle of a lush natural pine forest.
Villa is fully equipped and has a TV and A/C and it consists of 3 levels. The first and second floor are connected with stairs and can accommodate 8-10 people.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, WC/shower and has two entrances. The second floor consists of 1 bedroom, a WC/shower and a room with two singles beds, which, according to the needs of our guests, one of the beds can be replaced with a baby cot.
On the ground floor there is a utility room where there is a washing machine for use by our guest, as well as a studio (with separate entrance) suitable for 2-4 people usually used by the owners of the villa.
Free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is also available.
Villa interiors are elegantly and individually furnished by their respective owners.
Villa is surrounded by a well kept garden with a barbeque in the privacy of 2 acres for exclusive use.
The beaches are accessible by foot, by shuttle bus or by using mountain bikes. The local beaches are within 200 -500meters.Surrounding the settlement, there is the Sani Beach Holiday Resort which includes Porto Sani Village, Sani Beach Club and Sani Marine where is a lot of restaurants, brasserie, ouzerie, Italian restaurants, theatres, cinemas, shops, supermarkets etc.
Also it’s very hard to resist too many sports that exist. The Sani offers more than 15 different bars, disco, theatre and cinema. Furthermore it is difficult to resist too many different sports available, such as aerobics, cycling, diving, tennis, catamaran, wind-surfing, water-skiing, parasailing, hiking, and also to the gym and the water sports center.
There are also a lot of different types of stores in Sani such as shops with accessories, furs, clothes, sports and art shops.
